Mayor Vital welcomes you to the Village of Spring Valley. The new administration took office on December 1, 2025.

The Mayor’s vision is clear, and he and his staff are working diligently to achieve his goals. The Mayor welcomes residents and business owners and makes himself available on a daily basis. Your opinion matters. Please join us at Village Board meetings held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 8:30 PM. The Board Workshop is scheduled at 6:30 PM before the Board Meeting in the conference room just outside the Mayor’s Office.
