NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2026, at 8:15 PM, or as soon thereafter, at the Village of Spring Valley Village Hall, 200 N. Main Street, Spring Valley, New York, to receive public comments on the application of Belgium Block Holdings LLC requesting the Board of Trustees adopt a local law to amend Chapter 255 of the Spring Valley Village Code entitled Zoning to permit multifamily dwellings use in the Highway Business Zoning District on lots that do not have frontage on NYS Route 59, and for a Special Permit pursuant to Section 255-27.1 of the Spring Valley Village Code to permit a 4-story structure, in connection with an application for the development of real property at 135 Route 59, known and designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Spring Valley as Parcel ID # 57.56-2-13 and 57.57-1-1.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that members of the public attending the meeting in person, and virtually, will have the opportunity to speak and provide comments. To the extent one cannot attend the meeting, comments can also be made to the Village Clerk in person, via email at osweet@villagespringvalley.org, or via phone, at (845) 352-1100, by no later than 4:00 pm on the day of the meeting, November 17, 2026.
