NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Spring Valley Village Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, June 7th, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. for a regular Village Board Meeting.

Individuals wishing to participate in person may appear at Village Hall, Sen Gene Levy Municipal Plaza, 200 North Main Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977.

VILLAGE OF SPRING VALLEY NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION INFORMATIONAL MEETING AND SCHEDULE CHANGES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF SPRING VALLEY WILL HOLD A DISSOLUTION INFORMATIONAL MEETING AND HAS MADE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO ITS MEETING SCHEDULE: A Dissolution Informational Meeting has been scheduled on July 7, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., to be held prior to the Village Board Workshop. This meeting is intended to provide information to the public and allow for discussion on dissolution-related matters. The Village Board Workshop, previously scheduled for 6:30 p.m., has been rescheduled to 8:00 p.m. on July 7, 2026. The Regular Meeting of the Village Board, previously scheduled for 8:00 p.m., has been rescheduled to 8:15 p.m. on July 7, 2026. All meetings will be held at the Village Auditorium, 200 North Main Street, Spring Valley, New York 10977, and are open to the public.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF VILLAGE BOARD

OF THE VILLAGE OF SPRING VALLEY REGARDING

 VILLAGE OF SPRING VALLEY LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Spring Valley will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2026, at 8:15 p.m. at the Village Hall Auditorium, 200 North Main Street, Spring Valley, New York 10977, to consider the adoption of a proposed local law establishing Village Board Process Control Fees. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed local law authorizes the Village to impose fees on applications, submissions, and matters requiring review, consideration, or action by the Village Board, including but not limited to administrative processing, professional review costs, and related expenses incurred by the Village in connection with such matters. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the purpose of the proposed local law is to ensure that the cost of processing and reviewing applications and matters brought before the Village Board is borne by applicants rather than the Village’s general taxpayers, and to establish a uniform schedule and mechanism for the collection of such fees. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the proposed local law is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and is available for public inspection during regular business hours. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.
