The following State plus Local Fees are applicable for dog licenses in the Village of Spring Valley:

· Male Neutered Dog                    $   7.00         Proof from Vet

· Female Spayed Dog                   $   7.00         Proof from Vet

· Male Un-neutered Dog                $ 15.00        

· Female Unspayed Dog                $ 15.00        

· Guide Dog, War Dog, Police Work Dog      NO FEE

         All pet owners are required to submit an up to date certification of rabies vaccination from a veterinarian in order to  purchase a dog license.        

· All dogs over the age of 4 months old must be licensed. 

· All Dogs must be leashed.

· All stray, lost, and injured animals are brought to Hi-Tor Animal Care Center. Please contact them at (845) 354-7900. 

· Any animal bites or scratches that break the skin must be reported to the Rockland County Health Departments (845) 364-2594
